New milestone at AUSA in Washington - Axnes and ODM combine their expertise
Axnes AS and ODM GmbH announce strategic partnership to expand communications solutions in the defense and aerospace sector
Washington, D.C. - October 14, 2025 - At the renowned Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Annual Meeting & Exposition in Washington, D.C., have Axnes ASa global leader in advanced wireless intercom systems for aerospace and defense, and ODM Ltd.a leading developer of high-performance headset solutions, officially announced and signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
This milestone partnership is set to redefine integrated communications capabilities for defense and aerospace professionals in Europe and around the world.
The agreement establishes the ODM GmbH as official representative of Axnes in the DACH region - i.e. in Germany, Austria and Switzerland - with a particular focus on the defense markets. This strategic move enables Axnes to expand its presence in one of the most technologically advanced and strongest procurement regions in Europe, while benefiting from ODM's deep market understanding and established relationships.
At the same time, Axnes will begin integrating and distributing ODM's innovative headset solutions into its aviation product portfolio worldwide. This collaboration brings together two complementary technologies - Axnes' ruggedized wireless intercom systems and ODM's ergonomic, ready-to-use headset designs - to provide a seamless, high-performance communication experience for users in airborne, maritime and ground-based operations.
