Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations is of utmost importance to ODM. This is not only a matter of course for us, but also an essential factor in securing our business success in the long term.

We are aware that different legal requirements may apply in different countries, business areas and markets. For this reason, we have chosen to always comply with the stricter regulations. We are aware of the risks that may be associated with non-compliance with laws and regulations. These can lead not only to financial losses through penalties and fines, but also to significant reputational damage and loss of image.

To ensure that we always act in compliance with the law, we continuously monitor the legal framework across all areas of our company. We plan to continuously expand our compliance policies in order to meet changes in legal requirements and adapt to them even more effectively

ODM always ensures that all areas of the company comply with the law, so we feel we are well positioned and estimate that the need for action in this area is very low.
