Communication & knowledge management (2023)
As the company's size and reach grows, the importance of transparent communication both internally and externally also increases. Clear, structured and transparent communication is essential for smooth collaboration and achieving common goals. Through regular meetings, internal communication platforms and information events, such as the annual closing party or the regular project presentations by the departments, we create a uniform basis of knowledge. Modern information systems not only make our work processes easier, but also increase the transparency in the management of our processes. Employees have access to relevant information at all times, which simplifies work processes and often enables faster, uncomplicated decision-making.
To further promote the exchange of information, we plan to expand surveys and feedback programs. These are intended to ensure that we understand the needs of our employees and customers and can respond to them. Regular feedback enables us to quickly identify problems and develop solutions. Despite the advantages of modern information systems, however, there is a risk of an information flood. To prevent this risk, we rely on targeted control of information flows. We attach importance to clear communication guidelines and effective channels to ensure that relevant information is identified and distributed efficiently.
