Training & further education at ODM (2023)
We consider the continuous training and further education of our employees as part of our corporate philosophy.
In regular annual discussions, we take the time to determine the individual needs and development wishes of our employees.
From this, we derive tailor-made training measures, taking into account the available training budget, relevance and necessity. Consequently, we develop a concrete training plan to promote and develop skills.
At ODM, particularly committed employees have the opportunity to acquire further skills through part-time degree programs. This investment in the personal and professional development of our employees pays off not only for them, but also for our company, as we promote highly qualified and motivated specialists.
We are also actively involved in training young talent by offering apprenticeships in various areas of our company. We regularly take part in training fairs to make potential applicants aware of us as an attractive employer and to inform them about the career opportunities we offer. Through this targeted promotion of young talent, we not only want to secure our own skilled workforce, but also support young talent in successfully starting their careers.
