Sales Executive (m/f/d)
We are looking to fill the following full-time position: Sales Executive (m/f/d)
What are your tasks:
- Support throughout the entire sales process – from the initial contact to the final contract signing
- Development and implementation of effective sales strategies to generate sustainable sales growth
- Expansion of the existing business area as well as identification and development of new business areas
- Development and implementation of effective sales strategies to generate sustainable sales growth
- Integration, maintenance and further development of our CRM system to make sales processes transparent and measurable
- Collaboration on the expansion of our ERP system and taking on administrative tasks
- Calculation of sales prices in close coordination with the relevant departments
- Representation in the area of tender management, including offer coordination and preparation
- Collection, analysis and reporting of department-relevant KPIs to control and optimize sales activities
- Cross-departmental coordination of tasks with interfaces to product management, project management, production and logistics
What do you bring:
- Completed commercial studies, ideally with a focus on sales, business administration or a similar field
- Several years of experience in internal sales and ideally initial management experience
- Enjoy working with customers and solving customer-related issues
- Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
- Sound knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, as well as MS Office (especially Excel)
- Organizational strength and a solution-oriented approach
- High level of commitment, assertiveness and teamwork skills
- Team and communication skills, careful working methods and a high degree of initiative
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Discretion and reliability
