We would like to fill the following full-time position as soon as possible:
Partnership manager (m/f/d)

What are your tasks:

Design of customized cooperation agreements to optimally implement the interests of ODM GmbH
Preparation and presentation of the product portfolio to national and international clients and at trade fairs
Active relationship and contract management with national and international clients, agents, partners, and interest groups
Conceptualization and execution of product training sessions
Support for management / product management / sales management in forecasting and planning the ODM portfolio
Market and competitive analysis in collaboration with the product team, local partners, and business development
Support for the proposal team in preparing commercial offers
Collaboration with the marketing department for communicating product-relevant information and external representation
Documentation of processes and training in one's own area of work
Optimization of used IT tools and execution of program and process tests

What do you bring:

Commercial or technical degree or successful completion of further training to become a state-certified technician or master craftsman
Professional experience in comparable positions
Preferably with industry knowledge, military personnel and emergency services (BOS) as well as career changers after their service time are warmly welcome
Above-average technical affinity and a willingness to learn more
Good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a strong sales orientation and the ability to build customer relationships
Independent work as well as strong teamwork skills
Good planning and organizational skills
Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly for creating presentations
Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with clients and potential partners are a must-have!
Structured way of working and high reliability
Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment
Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written, are required
Discretion and reliability, security clearance for personnel confidentiality and sabotage protection possible
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 80%
(Rarely, also to crisis areas)
