We would like to fill the following full-time position as soon as possible:
Division manager productive (m/f/d) (Quality Assurance, Production & Logistics)

What are your tasks:

Interface management between management, department heads, and other employee levels
Development and optimization of production processes to increase efficiency
Integration of new products into existing production processes
Personnel management and development, as well as the promotion of employees, including training and further education measures
Resource planning and monitoring of the procurement of production materials
Management of daily operations and ensuring a smooth production process
Visiting trade fairs and actively participating in industry events
Control and monitoring of documents
Maintenance and optimization of standards and quality management systems
Support in calculations and planning

What do you bring:

Successfully completed degree in engineering with a technical and business background, or master/technician with a business qualification, or a comparable field of study
Comprehensive knowledge in quality assurance, production, and logistics
Technical expertise as well as business knowledge
Analytical skills for process optimization and cost control
Empathy and communication skills for employee leadership
Excellent negotiation skills both internally and externally
Organizational strength and the ability to efficiently manage complex processes
Innovation capacity to develop new solutions for increasing productivity
Excellent communication skills as well as a high level of intercultural competence
Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities in different markets
Business fluent in German and English; further language skills are an advantage
